Clarifies that subsequent court orders under Chapter 50 or Chapter 110 supersede similar provisions in prior domestic violence protective orders, but only if parties properly disclose existing orders in their pleadings or affidavits.

Requires parties seeking domestic violence relief to disclose any existing court orders between the parties issued under Chapters 50, 50B, or 110; failure to disclose prevents relief granted from superseding provisions in prior orders.

Authorizes the Department of Public Safety to relocate Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE) Headquarters and regional offices as state-owned space becomes available or recurring funding is secured, with interim consolidation of ALE and SBI regions required.

Excludes FDA-approved finished drug products containing cannabidiol (CBD) derived from cannabis with no more than 0.1% residual tetrahydrocannabinols from the state's controlled substances schedule, effective August 1, 2020.
