Extends the terms of office for the mayor and five commissioners of the Town of Bethel from two years to four years, beginning in 2021.

Changes municipal elections from biennially (every two years) to quadrennially (every four years), with the first election held on the first Monday in May 2021.

Amends Section 3 of the Charter of the Town of Bethel, originally established in Chapter 20 of the Private Laws of 1873-1874.

Becomes effective upon passage.
