ABC permittees prohibited from operating under Executive Order No. 141 are not required to pay permit renewal or registration fees until 90 days after the Governor signs an executive order rescinding the prohibition.

Affected permittees must notify the ABC Commission in writing (including by e-mail or electronic means) of their intent to delay payment.

Permittees who already paid renewal or registration fees before this act's effective date may request a refund from the ABC Commission.

Permittees receiving a refund must repay the fee before the 90-day deadline expires.

The act is retroactively effective June 30, 2020, and was approved July 13, 2020.
