Repeals Section 2.5 of Senate Bill 168 (2019 Regular Session) if that bill becomes law, concerning confidentiality of certain death investigation information.

Removes the August 1, 2020 expiration date from Section 4.3(b) of S.L. 2020-3, making mask and face covering provisions permanent.

Adds new exemption allowing any person to wear a mask for the purpose of ensuring the physical health or safety of the wearer or others.

Permits persons wearing masks while operating motorcycles but requires removal during traffic stops, checkpoints, roadblocks, or when approached by law enforcement officers.

Requires removal of health/safety masks upon request by law enforcement officers during traffic stops or when officers have reasonable suspicion or probable cause during criminal investigations.
