Requires hunters and fishermen to carry signed and dated written permission from the landowner or lessee while hunting or fishing on private property in Union County.

Written permission is valid for no more than one year and may be valid for shorter periods as specified by the landowner or lessee.

Prohibits hunting on private property while under the influence of an impairing substance or with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more.

Violations are classified as Class 2 misdemeanors, enforceable by Wildlife Resources Commission officers, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, and peace officers with general jurisdiction.

Becomes effective October 1, 2019, and applies only to Union County.
