• Appropriates $270,000 from the General Fund to the Town of Williamston for the 2019-2020 fiscal year as nonrecurring funds to assist in obtaining federal funding for emergency services facilities improvements, including police department upgrade and fire and rescue department renovation.

• Appropriates $60,000 from the General Fund to Bear Grass Fire Rescue, Inc. for the 2019-2020 fiscal year as nonrecurring funds to pave the parking lot and improve driveways to enhance emergency vehicle dispatch efficiency and eliminate access impairment for citizens using the facility as a polling site.

• Becomes effective July 1, 2019.
