Reduces provisional broker postlicensing education completion deadline from 3 years to 18 months following initial licensure, with the Commission able to establish schedules requiring portions to be completed sooner.

Establishes mandatory continuing education requirement of 8 hours per year during license renewal periods for all real estate brokers, with failure to comply preventing active engagement in brokerage.

Allows the Commission to require brokers-in-charge to complete up to 4 additional hours of special continuing education annually.

Replaces "private real estate school" terminology with "certified real estate education provider" throughout licensing and registration provisions for schools conducting prelicensing, postlicensing, or continuing education courses.

Modifies time share salesperson licensing to allow exemption from real estate broker license requirement if the salesperson is an employee of a registered time share developer with income reported on IRS Form W-2.
