• Adjourns the 2019 General Assembly session convened January 14, 2020, to reconvene on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 12:00 noon.

• Limits matters considered during the reconvened session to bills directly affecting the state budget for fiscal year 2020-2021, pension or retirement systems, and bills implementing committee recommendations.

• Allows consideration of bills previously introduced in 2019 that passed third reading in the originating house and were received in the other house without being rejected.

• Permits bills and resolutions related to constitutional amendments, gubernatorial appointments, election laws, impeachment, litigation responses, and district revisions.

• Authorizes committees and conference committees to meet during the interim to review state budget matters and prepare reports with approval from the Speaker of the House or President Pro Tempore of the Senate.
