Permits military spouses to obtain licensure by endorsement if they hold a current license in another jurisdiction with substantially equivalent requirements.

Requires occupational licensing boards to publish specific licensure criteria, military training credit information, and opportunities for veterans and military spouses on their websites and the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs website.

Mandates annual reporting to the Secretary of State and Attorney General on the number of military-trained applicants and military spouses who applied for, were granted, and were denied licensure, without disclosing applicant identifying information; effective December 1, 2020.
