Requires trampoline park operators to carry liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate, with no per-person sublimits allowed.

Applies the same insurance requirements to trampoline parks as existing regulations for zip lines and challenge courses, with the Commissioner of Insurance enforcing compliance.

Exempts private residential trampolines not open to the public and operated without charging fees from insurance requirements.

Directs the Department of Labor to study the financial liability of trampoline parks operating in North Carolina and report findings and legislative proposals to the 2021 General Assembly by June 30, 2021.

Appropriates $50,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Labor for the 2020-2021 fiscal year to conduct the study.
