Reallocates $1,828,982 in recurring funds from the Pay Plan Reserve for fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources to fund up to 19 full-time equivalent positions and operational needs for nine parks expanded through Connect NC bonds.

Parks receiving funding include Chimney Rock, Jordan Lake, New River, Raven Rock, Goose Creek, Gorges, Lake James, Pilot Mountain, and Lumber River.

Transfers $750,000 in nonrecurring funds from the Parks and Recreation Trust Fund to the Division of Parks and Recreation by August 15, 2020, for equipment and other nonrecurring expenses at the same nine parks.

Becomes effective July 1, 2020.
