Appropriates $145,000,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Public Instruction for the 2020-2021 fiscal year.

Allocates $75,000,000 in nonrecurring funds to provide surgical and respiratory masks and gloves meeting CDC federal standards and guidelines to all identified public school employees.

Allocates $70,000,000 in nonrecurring funds to provide a temporary $5.00 per hour salary supplement to all identified public school employees from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

Excludes central office employees (superintendents, assistant superintendents, directors, supervisors, and finance officers) from the supplement and PPE benefits.

Specifies that the salary supplement is not considered compensation under the Teachers' and State Employees' Retirement System and expires December 31, 2020.
