Appropriates $13,200,000 in nonrecurring General Fund monies to the Department of Health and Human Services for fiscal year 2022-2023 to provide additional COVID-19 pandemic relief to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients.

Allocates up to $2,200,000 per month for payments to eligible recipients, with each recipient receiving $193.00 monthly for up to six months.

Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to report to the House Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services, Senate Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services, and Fiscal Research Division by March 1, 2024, detailing the use of allocated funds.

Becomes effective July 1, 2022.
