Establishes the Community College Critical Technologies Workforce Fund to be administered by the Community Colleges System Office for workforce development programs in critical technology areas.

Defines critical technologies as clean energy, clean transportation, semiconductor manufacturing, cybersecurity, electrical grid infrastructure, drinking water infrastructure, and related materials or components.

Appropriates $1,500,000 in nonrecurring General Fund money to the Workforce Fund for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.

Requires the State Board of Community Colleges to distribute funds based on the number of full-time equivalent students enrolled at each community college.

Becomes effective July 1, 2022.
