Authorizes the Town of Weldon to convey real property by private negotiation and sale on terms the Town deems appropriate, notwithstanding Article 12 of Chapter 160A of the General Statutes.

Applies to property in Weldon bounded by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad on the north, US Highway 301 on the east, and including multiple parcels identified by Halifax County parcel numbers (1202796, 1205005, 1200158, 1200095, 1200025, and 1201603).

The property boundaries are defined by streets including West 3rd Street, East 1st Street, Sycamore Street, East 3rd Street, East 4th Street, West 4th Street, and Elm Street.

The Town may convey any or all of its right, title, and interest in some or all of the described property.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
