• State Board of Education must ensure 100% muscadine grape juice is available to students in all state-operated schools, including charter, regional, and laboratory schools, through nutrition programs or vending facilities, beginning with the 2021-2022 school year.

• Local boards of education must ensure 100% muscadine grape juice is made available to students in every school in their administrative unit as part of nutrition programs or vending facilities.

• Community colleges and constituent institutions of the University of North Carolina must make 100% muscadine grape juice available as a beverage option in vending facilities, beginning with the 2021-2022 academic year.

• The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services must revise its Farm to School Program bidding and procurement procedures by December 1, 2021, to include fruit and fruit products from "Got To Be NC" marketing program participants that meet federal and state nutrition and packaging requirements.

• Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services must submit interim reports by September 1, 2021, and a final report by January 1, 2022, to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Agriculture and the Fiscal Research Division regarding implementation.
