Removes approximately 10.6 acres (tax parcels ACL-5-9-593-369-6 and ACL-5-9-593-369-53) from the City of Greensboro's corporate limits, effective June 30, 2021

Property removed from Greensboro is no longer subject to municipal taxes for taxable years beginning July 1, 2021, but existing tax liens and special assessments may still be collected or foreclosed

Exempts the Town of Rockwell from the 10% satellite annexation cap that applies to other North Carolina municipalities under G.S. 160A-58.1(b)(5)

Also exempts 52 other cities and 67 towns from the satellite annexation cap limitation, including Asheboro, Durham, Gastonia, Greenville, Hickory, and others

Ratified April 28, 2021, with most provisions effective immediately upon passage
