Reduces Chamber of Commerce representation from two members to one member representing the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce on the Mooresville Travel and Tourism Authority

Increases motel and travel and tourism industry representation from two members to three members

Adds a new board position for one member representing sites and attractions that increase lodging, meeting, convention facility use or attract tourists and business travelers

Maintains existing positions of one member appointed by the Mooresville Town Board and one member of the Town Board itself

Takes effect upon enactment into law
