2021 Omnibus Coronavirus Relief Act (H 325) Summary

• Makes appropriations from the General Fund of the State for pandemic recovery maintenance of state departments, institutions, and agencies for the biennium ending June 30, 2023

• Authorizes federal funds for pandemic recovery purposes enumerated in the act for the biennium ending June 30, 2023

• Applies appropriations and most textual provisions to the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium, except for statutory changes intended to have effects beyond this period

• Incorporates the State Budget Act (Chapter 143C of the General Statutes) by reference to remain in full force and effect

• Becomes effective July 1, 2021
