Requires all middle and secondary school athletic teams in public schools to be expressly designated as male, female, or coed based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

Prohibits athletic teams designated for females, women, or girls from being open to students of the male sex.

Creates a cause of action allowing biological female students harmed by violations to sue for injunctive relief, actual damages including psychological and emotional harm, reasonable attorney fees, and costs within two years of the harm.

Extends the same requirements to charter schools, nonpublic schools that are members of state athletic associations, and institutions of higher education including universities and community colleges.

Prohibits governmental entities, licensing organizations, and athletic associations from investigating or taking adverse action against schools or institutions for maintaining separate athletic teams based on biological sex as defined in the act.
