Establishes a monthly teacher salary schedule for the 2021-2022 fiscal year ranging from $3,500 (0 years experience) to $5,460 (25+ years experience), with teachers at 15-24 years receiving $5,250 monthly.

Provides salary supplements for qualified teachers: 12% for National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification, 10% for "M" teachers, $126/month for six-year degree licensure, and $253/month for doctoral degree licensure.

Extends similar salary schedules and supplements to school psychologists, speech pathologists, audiologists, and certified school nurses.

Protects teachers eligible for longevity pay under prior law by guaranteeing compensation equal to the greater of the new schedule or their 2013-2014 salary plus applicable longevity and bonuses.

Appropriates $179,000,000 in recurring General Fund dollars to the Department of Public Instruction for the 2021-2022 fiscal year to fund salary increases for teachers with at least 15 years of experience, effective July 1, 2021.
