Creates a new international trade market special event ABC permit allowing managed food services companies to sell or serve malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, and mixed beverages at credentialed trade industry events lasting at least five consecutive days

Permits may be used for two events of not more than 21 days each during the permit duration, with the permittee required to provide the ABC Commission with a map or written description defining the premises boundaries and notify the Commission at least 30 days in advance of each event

Premises may include multiple buildings and public or private outdoor areas including streets and sidewalks unless prohibited by local law, with the permittee providing signage or clear markings at boundaries and excluding certain areas if desired

Sets the permit fee at $250.00 and requires any sale or service of alcoholic beverages to occur only in jurisdictions that have approved the sale of that specific beverage type

Permits issued in 2021 may be used for three events instead of two and expire on April 30, 2022, with all other limitations applying
