Criminalize causing a person under 18 years of age to be present at any animal fighting exhibition under G.S. 14-362 (cockfighting), G.S. 14-362.1 (other animal fighting/baiting), and G.S. 14-362.2 (dog fighting/baiting)

Cockfighting offense remains a Class I felony; dog fighting/baiting offense becomes a Class H felony; other animal fighting/baiting offense becomes a Class 2 misdemeanor

Add "causes a person under 18 years of age to be present at" as a criminal act alongside existing prohibitions on instigating, promoting, conducting, participating as spectator, and profiting from animal fighting exhibitions

Effective December 1, 2021, and applies to all offenses committed on or after that date
