Requires certified law enforcement and justice officers to report to their respective standards divisions within 30 days of being notified they may not testify at trial due to bias, interest, or lack of credibility

Applies only to notifications made in writing by judges, district/federal attorneys, or agency heads, or made in open court and documented in a written order

Officers must report to their agency head within 30 days, and agency heads must forward the report to the standards division within 30 days of receiving it

Standards divisions must notify the receiving agency head and district attorney when transferring an officer's certification, and must notify all state district attorneys if the new agency is a state agency

Commission shall report annually to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Justice and Public Safety with aggregate data on reported cases, excluding officer identifying information; act becomes effective October 1, 2021
