Prohibits any person from causing a performance of or allowing participation of exotic or wild animals in traveling animal acts effective January 1, 2022.

Exempts exhibitions at accredited zoos and aquariums, wildlife sanctuaries, educational programs (with 12-hour daily mobile housing limits), and university research programs from the prohibition.

Defines exotic or wild animals by specific taxa including big cats, primates, elephants, bears, crocodilians, and hybrids of these animals, while excluding domestic dogs, cats, and certain livestock.

Establishes that violations constitute a Class 2 misdemeanor, enforceable by Wildlife Resources Commission protectors, sheriffs, and law enforcement.

Specifies that wildlife sanctuaries cannot engage in entertainment use of animals, unescorted public contact, commercial trade, or breeding of exotic or wild animals.
