Increases monthly member contributions to the North Carolina Firefighters' and Rescue Squad Workers' Pension Fund from $10.00 to $15.00 per month for both firefighters and rescue squad workers.

Increases monthly pension benefits for members age 55 and older from $170.00 to $200.00 per month, effective January 1, 2022.

Raises the lump sum retroactive payment amount from $10.00 to $15.00 per month for members under age 35 purchasing prior service credits.

Increases monthly disability benefits and survivor benefits to $200.00 per month for disabled members and beneficiaries of members killed in the line of duty.

All changes become effective January 1, 2022, and apply to monthly payments and pension benefits owed on or after that date.
