Mandates community colleges display course instructional materials and activities on their websites at least 15 days before each academic semester, including assignments and materials with restricted selection options.

Requires University of North Carolina constituent institutions to prominently display instructional materials and activities on their websites at least 15 days before each academic semester, organized by course offering.

Exempts schools and colleges from having to reproduce materials digitally or separately report individual components of instructional materials produced as single volumes.

Applies to public schools beginning with the 2021-2022 school year and to community colleges and UNC institutions beginning with the 2021-2022 academic year.
