Establishes the Women's Cancer Research and Prevention Task Force within the Department of Health and Human Services to examine cancer incidence and deaths among women in North Carolina.

Task Force shall develop a comprehensive Women's Cancer Prevention Plan including education efforts, screening promotion, and strategies to decrease cancer mortality while identifying unmet needs in underserved populations.

Comprises 17 members appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate (5), Speaker of the House (5), and Governor (5), plus two ex officio members from the State Health Director's office, with representation from cancer researchers, health professionals, and cancer survivors.

Members serve three-year terms with a maximum of two consecutive terms and receive per diem and travel expenses; the Task Force meets no more than twice annually and must report to the Governor and Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services by October 1 of each even-numbered year.

Effective upon enactment with appointments to be made within 30 days after adjournment of the 2021 General Assembly session, with staggered initial terms to ensure continuity.
