Increases fees charged by the State Board of Barber Examiners across multiple service categories, including barber and apprentice registration renewals (from $50.00 to $59.00), barbershop permits (from $50.00 to $59.00), and barber school permits (from $130.00 to $152.00)

Raises late restoration fees for expired certificates, including barber certificates within one year (from $35.00 to $41.00) and barber school instructor certificates after first year (from $85.00 to $99.00)

Increases examination fees for barber school instructors from $165.00 to $192.00 and student permits from $25.00 to $30.00

Decreases inspection fees for newly established barbershops from $120.00 to $100.00

Becomes effective October 1, 2021, and applies to all fees charged and applications submitted on or after that date
