• Establishes mixed beverage permits for event centers in counties with multiple man-made lakes, hotels with 20+ guest accommodations, agritourism activities, and firearm sports, without requiring a local election.

• Authorizes counties and cities to designate social districts where persons may consume alcoholic beverages sold by permittees in defined outdoor areas, subject to specific container and signage requirements.
