Appropriates $10,000,000 in nonrecurring General Fund dollars to the Wildlife Resources Commission for the 2021-2022 fiscal year, allocated to the Outdoor Heritage Advisory Council

Directs $8,000,000 of the appropriation to the North Carolina GO Outside Grant Program to provide local outdoor learning opportunities for young people in safe settings

Directs $2,000,000 to support Council programs, public engagement, and outreach activities

Appropriates $393,920 in recurring General Fund dollars annually for fiscal years 2021-2023 to support Outdoor Heritage Advisory Council operations, including personnel salaries and benefits

Becomes effective July 1, 2021
