Expands the "Know Before You Go" website maintained by the State Education Assistance Authority to provide information on projected employment needs, salary ranges, college majors, and institutions offering those majors.

Requires the website to display outcome data for public and private institutions of higher education and vocational and technical schools, including completion rates, transfer rates, average tuition, loan debt, monthly loan payments, salaries by major, employment rates, and graduate school enrollment rates.

Directs the State Board of Education and Department of Public Instruction to collaborate with the Department of Commerce and Department of Labor to collect and compile annual data for local school boards to provide sophomore students with career and education information.

Requires each local board of education to provide sophomores with "Know Before You Go" information to help them make informed decisions about postsecondary education and career choices.

Appropriates $500,000 for the 2021-2022 fiscal year to establish a Career Path Options Grant Program for local boards of education to distribute program materials and hire career coaches or career development coordinators.
