Senate Bill 107: 2021 Appropriations Act

• Makes base budget appropriations from the General Fund for state departments, institutions, and agencies for the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium
• Appropriates funds from the State Highway Fund and State Highway Trust Fund for the Department of Transportation's maintenance and operation during the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium
• Appropriates federal block grant funds for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and NER programs for the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium
• Specifies that any unspent appropriated funds shall revert to the appropriate fund at the end of each fiscal year
• Becomes effective July 1, 2021, with textual provisions applying only to the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium unless they indicate intent to extend beyond that period
