Waives ABC Commission permit renewal fees for permits active as of April 30, 2021, for the period from May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022.

Waives ABC Commission permit registration fees due on May 1, 2021, for permits active as of April 30, 2021.

Permits ABC permittees who prepaid waived fees to request refunds from the ABC Commission in collaboration with the Department of Public Safety.

ABC Commission must process refund requests within 30 days of receiving a request for the total amount of prepaid fees.

Effective upon enactment.
