Modifies the Kinston-Lenoir County Tourism Development Authority to consist of seven members appointed by the board of commissioners, city council, and chamber of commerce

Requires one Lenoir County Commissioner and one Kinston City Council member to serve on the Authority

Specifies two members must be owners or operators of motels, hotels, or taxable accommodations with at least 50 units, appointed one each by the city council and county board

Requires three members involved in tourist business development who do not own accommodations, with one appointed by the city council, one by the Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce Authority, and one by the county board

Effective when the bill becomes law as of June 17, 2021
