Amends G.S. 160D-802 to add an exemption stating that subdivision regulations shall not apply to National Register Historic Districts located within municipal corporate limits.

Modifies the existing exemption for dividing tracts in single ownership of 2 acres or less into no more than three lots by clarifying this exemption does not apply to National Register Historic Districts.

Applies only to the Town of Davidson.

Becomes effective upon passage into law.
