Increases the State Emergency Response and Disaster Relief Reserve transfer from $411,769,500 to $413,769,500 in nonrecurring funds for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Allocates $2,500,000 to the Wildlife Resources Commission for the Lake Rim Hatchery Project from disaster relief funds, overriding any contrary provisions of law or committee reports.

Increases the grant from the State Capital and Infrastructure Fund to Myrover-Reese Fellowship Homes, Inc., by $1,000,000 in nonrecurring funds for fiscal year 2021-2022 for repairs and expansion of facilities.

Appropriates $450,000 in nonrecurring funds from the State Capital and Infrastructure Fund to the Macclesfield Volunteer Fire Department for the purchase of a fire truck and associated equipment.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
