Public mountain trout waters added to waters where holders of Resident Subsistence Unified Inland/Coastal Recreational Fishing License Waivers may fish

"Domestically Raised Waterfowl and Game Birds" defined as propagated mallard ducks per federal regulations, bobwhite quail, ringed neck pheasants, chukar partridges, and Hungarian partridges

"Farmed Cervid" defined as Cervidae family members other than white-tailed deer, elk, mule deer, or black-tailed deer bought and sold for commercial purposes
