• Mandates the Department of Health and Human Services publish materials in English and other primary languages (spoken by at least 2% of the state's population) in at least 12-point bold type, including a statement about discontinuing the second drug (Misoprostol) and reversing the process through progesterone administration, with the Abortion Pill Reversal Hotline number 877-558-0333.

• Requires the Department to make printed materials available at no cost to physicians upon request within 90 days of the bill's effective date and post the reversal information on the state website's Woman's Right to Know Act homepage.

• Applies civil remedies from G.S. 90-21.88 and privacy protections to violations of G.S. 14-45 (criminal statute regarding drugs or instruments used to produce miscarriage), excluding pregnant women from being defendants in criminal or civil proceedings.

• Becomes effective September 1, 2021, and applies to abortions performed on or after that date.
