Mandates prominent notification to members of the public before an email is sent, informing them that a generated email will be sent on their behalf to a legislator and that personal information may be disclosed

Defines "designed to generate an email from a member of the public" as an electronic document like an online petition that invites public support and then creates and sends a generated email attributed to the individual

Becomes effective October 1, 2021
