Increases the annual scholarship cap for Class II eligibility from 100 to 125 children, where veteran parents have a wartime service-connected disability of 20-99% or were awarded a Purple Heart.

Increases the annual scholarship cap for Class III eligibility from 100 to 125 children, where veteran parents are deceased and received nonservice-connected disability pension or served in combat zones or authorized military campaigns.

Becomes effective July 1, 2021.
