Appropriates $29,900,000 in nonrecurring General Fund money to the Town of Williamston for the 2022-2023 fiscal year, with funds remaining available to the town and not reverting.

Allocates $19,200,000 for water and sewer infrastructure improvements, including transmission main repairs, fire flow improvements, watershed improvements, and operating grants or loan forgiveness for the Martin County Regional Water and Sewer Authority.

Allocates $2,000,000 for economic development in the downtown corridor through business incentive grants or loans, facility improvements, and energy upgrades including electric vehicle charging stations and solar equipment.

Allocates $2,000,000 for transportation and infrastructure improvements, specifically street repairs and paving in underserved areas.

Allocates $6,600,000 for public safety improvements including fire hydrant markings, replacement of aging fire and rescue vehicles and equipment, and debt retirement for police and fire department needs, plus $100,000 for cybersecurity upgrades.
