Makes technical corrections to various statutes including those governing buildings permits, housing, agriculture, environmental quality, and local government operations to reflect the consolidation into Chapter 160D.

Clarifies definitions and modernizes language in multiple statutes related to zoning, development regulations, conditional permits, and land-use planning procedures.

Includes additional technical corrections to unrelated statutes (such as clerk compensation, condominium amendments, and state employee exemptions) recommended by the General Statutes Commission.

Effective when the bill becomes law, with certain provisions contingent on passage of other 2021 bills (Senate Bills 372 and 762).
