Authorizes DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) beneficiaries to qualify for in-state tuition rates at University of North Carolina constituent institutions and community colleges.

Requires applicants to have graduated with a high school diploma or equivalency diploma from a North Carolina school.

Requires applicants to have attended North Carolina schools for a minimum of two consecutive years immediately before completing high school.

Requires applicants to provide documentation to their institution proving they are DACA beneficiaries.

Protects applicant information as confidential and not subject to public records requests; effective July 1, 2022, for the 2022-2023 academic year and beyond.
