Moves regular municipal elections in the Town of Hookerton to even-numbered years beginning in 2024, with the Mayor elected biennially and Commissioners elected quadrennially on staggered schedules.

Moves regular municipal elections in the Town of Walstonburg to even-numbered years beginning in 2024, with elections held on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November for a Mayor and five Commissioners serving two-year terms.

No municipal elections shall be conducted in either town in 2023, with current officeholders' terms extended until 2024.

Requires Maury Sanitary Land District Board elections to be held on the same date as general elections in even-numbered years, with terms of board members expiring in 2023 and 2025 extended until their successors are elected and qualified in 2024 and 2026 respectively.

The act becomes effective upon enactment and applies to elections held on or after that date.
