Requires trampoline park owners and operators to carry liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate, with no per-person sublimits allowed.

Mandates trampoline park operators provide proof of insurance to the Commissioner of Insurance upon request and prohibits operation of facilities without required coverage.

Exempts trampolines installed at private residences that are not open to the public and for which no fee is charged.

Directs the Department of Labor to study the financial liability of trampoline parks operating in North Carolina and report findings and recommendations by April 30, 2022.

Appropriates $50,000 to the Department of Labor for fiscal year 2021-2022 and $50,000 for fiscal year 2022-2023 to conduct the study.
