Adds Section 75-44 to North Carolina General Statutes requiring pregnancy centers to provide accurate and complete information about services in plain language.

Prohibits pregnancy centers from knowingly making materially false or misleading statements regarding the nature and location of the center, medical risks of pregnancy/prenatal care/abortion/contraceptives, credentials of staff, and types of services provided.

Defines "pregnancy center" as a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization (excluding hospitals, ambulatory surgical facilities, and abortion clinics) that provides pregnancy counseling, testing, and nonmedical pregnancy services.

Classifies violations as unfair or deceptive trade practices under existing North Carolina consumer protection law.

Appropriates $25,000 in recurring General Fund dollars for fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Attorney General's Office for enforcement, effective July 1, 2024, with the advertising requirements effective October 1, 2024.
