Adds approximately 160 properties identified by Granville County Tax Parcel Identification Numbers to the corporate limits of the City of Creedmoor, effective June 30, 2024.

Properties added to Creedmoor become subject to municipal taxes for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2024, based on ownership as of January 1, 2024.

Removes one property (Parcel ID 180603417847) from the City of Creedmoor's corporate limits, effective June 30, 2024.

Removed property is no longer subject to municipal taxes for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2024, but Creedmoor retains the right to collect or foreclose on any existing tax liens or special assessments.

All provisions take effect June 30, 2024, except as otherwise provided in the bill.
