Requires the State Board of Elections to use various methods for voter roll list maintenance, including address-updating services from the Postal Service and data sharing agreements with other states to cross-check voter registration and voting records.

Mandates that any data sharing agreements comply with existing voter protection statutes (G.S. 163-82.10 and G.S. 163-82.10B) and that all list maintenance efforts remain nondiscriminatory and compliant with the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the National Voter Registration Act.

Requires the State Board to establish an ongoing system for investigating and correcting data provided by election integrity organizations to identify and remove ineligible and duplicate voter registrations.

Mandates quarterly reports to four legislative committees detailing what corrections were made and the number of corrections made by county.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
