Notes that 230 German companies employ over 43,000 North Carolinians and have created 7,075 new jobs with more than $2.2 billion in capital investment announced since 2014

Urges Congress to work more closely with Germany on mutually beneficial trade relations to encourage increased investment and collaboration between German and American companies

Directs transmittal of the resolution to the German Embassy in Washington D.C., the German Consulate-General in Atlanta, North Carolina's Congressional Delegation, and the President of the United States
